CULET CRUSHER BMC

The roll crusher is designed to process brittle mate­r­ial (glass, ceram­ics etc.). A rigid frame made of steel pro­files is the main element of the crusher.


One of the two crush­ing rolls that are mounted in bearing bodies can slide, giving thus a pos­si­bil­ity to adjust the size of cullet. Both rollers are driven so that the mate­r­ial is drawn between them. They are driven with an elec­tric motor through a primary gear and a coun­ter­shaft. The feeding section is equipped with a safety feeding hopper.
The crusher is designed to be mounted in a tech­no­log­i­cal line. Its correct oper­a­tion requires con­tin­u­ous feeding of mate­r­ial. We rec­om­mend to consult the intended use of this machine with our company.
