HAMMER CRUSHER type 750×260 is designed for crush­ing of piece-mate­r­ial. The crush­ing prin­ci­ple con­sists in bumping of mate­r­ial with a hammer against an impact board. The crush­ing process pro­ceeds auto­mat­i­cally: high output, high absorp­tion capac­ity, high reli­a­bil­ity and life, expectancy of the working parts, low oper­a­tion and main­te­nance costs.


HAMMER CRUSHER 750×260 is a hammer-rebound crush­ing machine. The fed mate­r­ial is crushed with repeated bumps of the hammers mounted on a high rev­o­lu­tion rotor against the impact board. The crush­ing space con­sists in a steel case equipped with a rotor and the hammers. The case is armored with abra­sive-free mate­r­ial. The rotor is mounted on spher­i­cal-roller bear­ings with central lubri­ca­tion. There are four chess lines of hammers fixed on the driving arms attached to the roller. The driving arms are equipped with bush­ings for mount­ing the hammer bars and there is fric­tion welding on each arm. A rotor dis­po­si­tion covers the full width of the feeding inlet increas­ing thus the crusher absorp­tion capac­ity.
